So just using Scala doesn't require more than SCALA_HOME, it's only when your
using a test framework that Buildr complains, and the Buildr test suite won't
show that because there are no tests for that (yet).
In that case, I say we push this to 1.3.3, and make a 1.3.2 release without
closing this issue.
