Congratulations. Just a question: why did you keep this "secret" until the board report? I'm subsribed to the buildr and incubator public lists, and I didn't knew your crew was growing. That's a good news. I guess that you have discussed that on private mailing list, but you could have announced that, at least in your dev mailing list.
