That doesn't return anything. Tried with both JRuby 1.1.2 and 1.1.4. What's
strange is that I get the expected result for both versions via jirb:

irb(main):001:0> require 'rubygems'
=> true
irb(main):002:0> Gem.win_platform?
=> true
irb(main):003:0>
