There are Jenkins Admins here who can help if you go that way. However I can set you up a buildbot job to do what you need and I think it does make Sense, lots of projects utilise buildbot just to provide snapshots. (I'll also throw in a RAT Report step too) Snapshots would be available at a url of ci.apache.org/projects/spamassassin/snapshots/ Or similar. Anyway, let me know what you decide.
