I updated Jenkins yesterday on my local "cluster" (used by Lucene, too). My windows slave is started by a Webstart client (as service). Unfortunately this does not download the slave.jar automatically, so I had to do this manually. The node was automatically set offline because slave.jar mismatch. Maybe that’s the case here, too.
