The plugin is this one https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Maven+Invoker+Plugin It generate some bad metadatas which for some reasons jenkins cannot recognize on and then generate some logs. Yes you can definitely blame the guy who write this plugin !! :-) I will try to fix that (as I don't know when I will have time for that I have removed the plugin from our jenkins instance)
