Can't access Jenkins control panel

Hi
I am committer for the Apache Wave project. We had a Jenkins integration a
while ago and then turned it off. I want to setup it again, but can't
access the control panel - it used to be at https://builds.apache.org/.
Is it a known issue, or the control panel is located somewhere else?
