The buildbot job for Rat at
http://ci.apache.org/builders/rat_trunk
is currently tied to the buildslave portunus_ubuntu which is currently offline.
By the look of things it has been offline since July 23.
Can someone please either turn the buildslave portunos online or move this job
to a buildslave that is online.
