Ok, so after some obscure searching, it seems you can fix java 6 without
disabling PFS.
So we will first be testing the disabling of this cipher on
repository.apache.org. If al seems to go well, then we'll apply it to the proxy
serving issues.apache.org.
EDIT: Looks like disabling the 1 cipher did not allow java 6 to work. INFRA
will be discussing what to do from here and update the ticket with the decision.
