This fix adds a convertDefaultValue method that converts the string default value expression to the correct Java type matching the Debezium schema, supporting BOOLEAN, TINYINT, SMALLINT, INTEGER, BIGINT, FLOAT, DOUBLE, DECIMAL, DATE, TIME, TIMESTAMP, BINARY, VARBINARY, and other types.
