You renamed the gradle.properties for the python and perl: python3.exe gradle property is now lucene.tool.python3

I added on the Windows machine both variants to system-wide gradle.properties. I hope this works.

This is another bug in the new build system.

The Gradle task does not take the environment variable / gradle property pointing to python3 into account. Somehow this was lost during conversion. I'll try to find the relevant place.

When executing changesToHtml this works fine for PERL, but it is missing for python.
