Seems like the build logs have been GC'd from builds.apache.org, so it's a bit hard to say precisely what went wrong. But since this appears to have been testing the Mesos 1.0.x branch (where the registry-related code hadn't been changed in a while), I'd be surprised if this is a new issue.
