I have do all that <ServerHowTo> said, and then reboot my machine. Next day, When i finish the http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Koji/ServerBootstrap, i found i have not start up kojid and kojira, because "koji regen-repo" cmd don't return. Then , i start them, and run "koji regen-repo" again , it return this Error ! Does that causing this problem ? Help !
