You can supply whole dnf.conf via "config_opts['dnf.conf']" or (better) just supply your CA via "config_opts['ssl_extra_certs']" or whola CA bundle "config_opts['ssl_ca_bundle_path']", see docs at https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/blob/main/mock/docs/site-defaults.cfg#L664-L681
