Our client is a well known public listed company dealing in integrated
poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill
and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and
its surrounding countries. To support its rapid expansion, the company is
looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position of :
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
The incumbent will report directly to the President Director of the company
and be responsible for the overall Spectrum of Human Resources strategic and
its implementation in the company
As a business partner and agent of change, the incumbent will look after
strategic matters and work closely with all the head of business units to
fulfill its human capital management as well as managing a human resources
shared services for all business units in the company.
The Requirements;
To qualify for the position, the ideal candidate would ideally be:
· A graduate preferably a Master degree in human resources,
physchology or Law from a reputable university
· Having at least 15 years of the overall experiences in which 5 years
is in the similar function from a multi industries preferably for agro,
paultry, food or other FMCG products.
· Be familiar with all related labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
· Used to work in a matrix organization or in a holding company
· Excellent in English both spoken and written and having strong
interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent leadership, organizational and team building skills
An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the
qualification and experience of the selected candidate including a company car
and annual bonus depending upon companys performance.
