Customer Service Officer in Warehouse. Main responsibility: To administer customer data in warehouse, supporting delivery is maintained timely, complaint is handled properly and sales volume is achieved increasingly. Responsibilities: • Involve actively in daily operation of customer division at all branches such as taking orders from customers or sales forces, invoicing, updating master data. • Follow up outstanding customer operational issues • Maintain good relationship with customers • Maintain good relationship with relevant department within the company • Generate reports • Actively inform customers of a new campaign program and • Understand business process Requirements: • Female, Single, Smart and Energetic • At least S1 degree in related fields from reputable university • Posses at least 2-3 years of related experiences • Excellent communication skill in English and computer literate is a must • Have initiative and hard working. • Informative and team player personality. • Have good attitude to explain and handling complaint. • Preferably have pharmaceutical background and is familiar with SAP system. 2. Receptionist Requirements: * D3 from Secretary Academy or S 1 from Social major. * Has 1 year experience as a Receptionist * Has a good communication in English. * Has a computer literacy. * Has a service excellent attitude. * Has a good interpersonal & communication skill. 3.. Finance Staff Requirements: * S1 Accounting fresh graduate * Has a computer literacy. * Has a good analytical thinking and good numerical ability. * Able to make finance reports.
