Requirements:
•       Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years' relevant Human Resource
experience, in with 3 of the years focusing on recruitment preferably
from Telecommunication industry.
•       Hands-on Human Resource practitioner with specialization on
Recruitment function.
•       Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with
proven track records in meeting tight recruitment schedules.
•       Familiar with all aspects of HR (recruitment, performance
management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.)
•       Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills.
•       Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
•       Able to communication effectively in English.
•       Past working experience in the telecommunication industry will be an

•       Frequent business traveling to other countries in the region will be

ASSISTANT SERVICE DIRECTOR (ASD)
Requirements:
•       Min. 5 years experience in telecommunication industry and 3 years
experience in team management.
•       Have a good knowledge in telecommunication network; have a great
engineering management skill and technical support working experience;
have a great experience in customer service, understanding customers'
 requirements 
•       Posses a great leadership skill; have a good team work &
coordination skill.
•       Great in management plan, active coordination and utilization in
achieving working target.
•       Posses a good sense in service criterion and professional skill.  






   DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT SERVICE DEPARTMENT  (DPS)

    Requirement:

•           Min 8 years experience in telecom industry about Optical &
Microwave/ VAS/    
              Wireless/ Core Network technical support management aspect.
•           Min. Bachelor's  degree in IT background
•           Teamwork, easy going, and cooperative person.
•           Determined, can work under great pressure
•           Customer oriented
•           Fluent in English.


SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (SD)

Requirement:

•            Bachelor's degree
•            Min 5 years telecommunication commercial experience in sales
with global vendors or IT solution leaders.
•            Proven track record of relevant achievement in sales.
•            Clear understanding of telecommunication market and major
service product
•            Good leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation
skills are required 
•            Aggressive, passionate, high self esteem. 


SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT DIRECTOR (SPM)
     Requirements:
•            Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Electrical /
Electronic Engineering 
        or related field of study.MBA holds preferred
•            Minimum 8 year project management  experience in Telecom
Industry, with at least 3 
        year as a senior project  manager
•            Full Knowledge and experience in the application of
professional project 
        management methodologies
•            Effective management, negotiation and budget control skill 
•            International professional recognized PM certificate, such as
PMP, would be 
        desirable.
•            Good Client Management and Relationship Management skill
•            Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
•            Able to communicate effectively in English.
 
PROJECT MANAGER OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE (PMPS)
Requirements and Competencies.
•           Bachelor / master degree in telecommunication / computer science
/      
       engineering, with min GPA 3,2
•           At least 5 years working experience in telecom / enterprise
industry domain
•           Previous project management experience required, ideally in a
service delivery or 
       system/network integration environment
•           Have deep understanding fo the whole telecommunication network,
including 
       CDMA,  SM, Optical Transmission, Microwave Transmission, Core
Network, A & S, etc
•           People Management skills/experience, excellent team player 
•           Project planning, racking, financial management skills
•           Strong interpersonal ,problem solving, analytical and
communication skill
•           Customer negotiation skills
•           Excellent written and verbal communication skill required
•           Fluent English, Mandarin is preferred


ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

    Requirements:
•           Bachelor degree or above in
Telecommunications/Electrical/Computer Science or         
             related field of study, MBA preferred.
•           Minimum 5 years sales experience in the telecommunication
industry with proven

•           Familiar with international trading , international law,
business management 
     principles, credit collection, finance management bidding
procedures, etc

or NGN

•       Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in a Telecom company.
•       Hands-on skill and knowledge in some following technologies.
•       Mobile Network
•       In depth knowledge in UMTS/GPRS/GSM/CDMA/WIMAX.
•       Able to work well in fast-paced,and fast-changing environment
•       Good Spoken and written English. 




PRODUCT MANAGER,CDMA (PM CDMA)

Requirements:
•       Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or
related field of study
•       Minimum 3 years experience in the CDMA/WCDMA environment.
•       In-depth  technical  background  in telecommunication  network  and
 mobile  network
•       Knowledge  on  switch  technology  (TDM, Soft-Switch, IMS) including
 it's  interfaces  will  be  an  added  advantage
•       Have  good  understanding  on  traffic  engineering  and  also radio
 engineering
•       Hands-on  experience  and  knowledge  on  CDMA/WCDMA  network
•       Good  planning  and  business presentation  skills
•       Able to work indepently in a fast-paced changing environment
•       Able to communicate effective in English.
