Our client is a PMA company and it's domain expertise is in the area of Supply
Chain Management. The strategic sourcing and supply management team has
widespread experience and expertise in a number of industries and commodities.
Its BPO services boast of multi-lingual support specialists extensively trained
on sourcing and procurement especially in buyer and supplier adoption and
support.
This management change has
prompted an urgent need to hire professionals to undergo thorough management
coordination amongst the subsidiary business units. This streamlining exercise
is a major area of concern which calls for an immediate hiring of the following
key positions, all to be based in the Jakarta office:
Sales Director
S/he needs to come from a background strong in discipline and is able to
comply with the rules and regulations of the company. S/he is presentable and
able to maintain a good image of the corporation. Most importantly, s/he needs
to passionate and ardent in their work
and does not need constant motivation in order for him/her to do his/her
obligation.
General Qualification:
· Strong Leadership and impeccable integrity
· Has managed a Sales and Pre-sales organization
for a business solutions company preferably IT Applications solutions like SAP,
Oracle and the like, with good sales administration and management skills
(i.e., can manage a sales force)
· Is a good salesman herself/himself, who is
capable of closing deals
· Familiar with the business landscape of Indonesia,
particularly the top 2000 corporations, specifically the private sector
· Great communication skills, both Bahasa and
English
· Self starter, self motivated and strong
initiative
