Our Client, a Coal
Mining Company is looking for the position:
I. Deputy
Mine Operation Manager (Code: DMOM)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable
university
2. Mid thirty to forty years old
3. Minimum 10 years relevant practical experiences in surface mining
operations in a planning and supervisory capacity ; and mine supervision
experiences
4. Having experience working with mining contractor
5. Having experience in managing mining departments
6. Having POP, POM or POU certificate is an advantages
7. Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral &
written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationship with
wide range of people
8. Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to
work in a team
9. Willing to be located at site area
II. Mining Engineer (Code: MINE)
Requirements:
1. Graduate in mining engineering
2. 2-5 years experience in direct field particularly in coal mining
industry.
3. Be able to use
a. Minesight Medsystem and
Mincom software to generate coal model in both of structure part and quality
part;
b. Visual basic application on excel
software to manage a number of coal quality data and to make it be more
accurate and more efficient.
1. Having knowledge in geostatistics to estimate the quality of coal
model.
2. Being familiar with mining softwares such as Minesight&Medsystem,
Mincom, AutoCAD, Minex, Autodesk Land Desktop etc.
3. Using mining softwares in Mine Planning & Mine design for an
estimation of coal reserves & overburden for long term plan and short term plan
4. Have an excellent knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point.
