To strengthen our growing team we invite high caliber candidates to fill in the following vacancy: Sr. Finance & Accounting Manager (Sr. F&AM) (Jakarta based) Establish and maintain strategic finance & accounting management, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provide effective financial services in accordance with company’s business plan. Qualifications: - Male/ Female max. 40 years old - Hold a min Bachelor degree in Accounting, master degree in finance would be an advantage - Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position (IT company would be preferred) - Posses significant management experience of finance functions and broad knowledge of accounting and taxation - Excellent financial and analytical skills - Understanding of management control system and good track record in system and procedure implementation - Have a good knowledge in micro and macro financial analysis, and budgetary reports (internal and external) - Able to deliver timely and quality result under limited supervision General requirements: - Good English speaking and writing skills - Strong managerial skill and leadership - Willing to work under tight target - Good communication skill and strong personality - Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp.
