Marketing Service  Manager          (MSM - AIG)

.         Responsible for planning and implementation for Sales support and
corporate events. 

.         Develop concepts and implement Campaign; Contests and Sales
Support activities.

.         Create innovative marketing communication programs, such as
discount, gimmick and special prize, e-marketing, etc

 

 

Customer Strategy and Market Research Manager          (CSMRM - AIG)

.         Market Research and marketing Intelligence. (Customer and
Competitor analysis Industry and Competitive dynamics, tracking study,
Marketing mix assessment)

.         Consumer Satisfaction Study (Developing Customer Intimacy,
Segmentation and Positioning, Understanding Customer Preferences and
Perceptions)

.         Benchmarking study, Market feasibility study.

.         Brand Audit & Post Advertising Test, Brand Investigation, Brand
performance Post Below-the line activity.

.         Together with Corporate Marketing group to develop the Corporate
Marketing  Strategy House.

 

 

Brand and Communications Manager          (BCM - AIG)

.         To support the Corporate Marketing Head in overseeing Brand and
Communications activities

.         Together with Corporate Marketing group to develop the Corporate
Marketing  Strategic House.

.         Building  and Managing Brand Equity

.         Integrated Marketing Communication

.         Government and Regulators affairs

 

 

Best Practice and Quality Assurance  Manager      (BPQAM- AIG)

.         To support the Corporate Marketing Head in overseeing the process
improvement activities in the Corporate Marketing Group; ensuring activities
and projects are aligned to business strategy.  

.         To develop dashboard and measuring tools all across the Group.

.         Distribution Assessment Study and program effectiveness checking.

.         To be the Project Manager for AIGL Re branding activities.

.         Together with Corporate Marketing group to develop the Corporate
Marketing Strategic House.

 

 

General Requirement :

.         University degree holder preferred with more than 8 years working
experience.    

.         Extensive experience in related position applied is a must.

.         Excellent Presentation and Negotiations skills techniques

.         Full time role

.         Working knowledge of the Financial Institution or Insurance
industry will be an advantage.

.         Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
