You are correct about the attachments issue and the need to make sure that is
part of the conversation.  I contacted representatives of all the groups you have
listed with the announcement (although I might have gotten bumped from the asig
list serve??).  So far several have responded and shown interest.  Like you, I am
hoping that we have all the DSMO groups represented.
