Well, they did it again! HHS has posted four more items
on their TCS FAQ/Q&A list, thus making my latest FAQ Analysis compilation
obsolete.
I have attached an "addenda" to my Version 3.0 analysis, which
I am calling Version 3.5, since it doesn't include the full
collection.
Thanks to Lu Spaine for giving me an early "Heads up!" on
this.
