I would appreciate some comments on the following.  Regarding question #4:-   If provider A was transmitting institutional claims directly to Health Plan B in the 837 compliant format but also sending a print image file and sending a detailed patient listing, would the transmission of the print image data and detailed listing be interpreted as being out of compliance?   Marcus E.
