Q1) In transaction set 837 professional :
loop 2310A (Referring Provider Name) can repeat for 2 times as per
implementation guide,
and is followed by loop 2310B (Rendering Provider Name).
can these loops (2310A and 2310B) occur in following order ?
2310A (Referring Provider Name) - 1 time
2310B (Rendering Provider Name) - 1time
2310A (Referring Provider Name) - 1 time
or alternatively it should occur as :
2310A (Referring Provider Name) - 1 time
2310A (Referring Provider Name) - 1 time
2310B (Rendering Provider Name) - 1time
Q2) In transaction set 837 professional - segment DTP comes contiguous at
many places
DTP - date test can repeat 2 times
DTP - date - Oxygen Saturation can repeat 3 times
can these DTP come in following order
DTP - date test
DTP - date - Oxygen Saturation
DTP - date test
or alternatively it should occur as :
DTP - date test
DTP - date test
DTP - date - Oxygen Saturation
