To all, These are the survey's that the IG Selection WPAG has created to poll the industry on the current billing practices. (My apologies if you receive duplicates.)
Please send your completed survey's directly to Jan Root ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). In no way do these survey's represent the opinions of the authors and/or WEDi/SNIP. The workgroup will use the responses to these survey's as input to the development of the IG Selection white paper. This white paper's purpose is to identify the issue of differing billing practices across the health care industry. Jan and I would like to thank the members of the IG Selection WG for their hard work to the creation of these survey's. Just a note: I believe that the cover letter identifies a deadline of February 2002. We are extending that deadline to June 2002.
