We aren't having any of those issues at the momment other than possibly benefit package. We do have issues stating programs and waivers. I will look at the guide sometime.
I do want to note (at the risk of causing a flurry on this list server) that using a 271 for roster is not a HIPAA transaction so you can look at the x12 standard guide and other versions like the 4050. Maybe you can find what you need there.
