The ASPIRE white paper is different from the ASPIRE project. The ASPIRE
project is available at www.afehct.org. However, the ASPIRE white paper is
still in draft and as of today requires some revision before it can be
posted at the WEDI SNIP website. I'm working on it as fast as I can and
hope to have it back to the WEDI BoD for review and approval as soon as
possible.
