Experience with contributing to current and future state data models (e.g. ERDs, data dictionaries, business rules and similar artifacts). Recent Business Analysis skills interpreting reporting and interface business requirements, documenting them and translating them into specifications within the context of an existing or new data base design. Demonstrated familiarity of a wide range of data architectures and design patterns including transactional, operational data stores, data warehouses, data marts. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of data architectures including: third normal form, STAR schema's and their correct application. Good business communication skills. Good business and systems analysis skills.
