Must be knowledgeable of and have hands on experience with the following: • Seeking Consultant with strong skills in E-Business (EBS) Specifically inside the Financials Modules (FMS) Will utilize ORACLE Solution Architect: Service Contracts, invoices (INV), Order Management (OM), Financials • Spanish speaking resource is a major asset • Needs version11.5. Solutions Architect with Service Contracts, INV, OM, Financials ( FA and Receivables ). • The consultants scope should include setting up the system for a Conference Room Pilot (CRP) based on transaction processes supported by Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 on the Mexico W3 CRP environment. • Oracle will setup the processes to meet the inherent "leading practice" capabilities of each application. • The CRP design processes will follow the "vanilla" capabilities of the Oracle applications, and leverage the inherent business process models delivered within the application suites. • The CRP will be based on vanilla Oracle application and the client's base functionality and shall not include development of any customizations for any potential gaps identified during the analysis. • Development of solutions for gaps will be part of the future project phases and is not scope of SOW.Oracle will lead configuring and testing the above XLAN scenarios which are contained within the Oracle R11.5.10. • Oracle will assist client with configuring standard functionality that enables the business flows as specified above. Objectives: • For XLAN - CRP • 1. Plan and initiate Project (client+ Oracle) • 2.Establish Project Organization and Structure (client + Oracle) • 3.Provide a CRP environment (client) • 4.Deliver Oracle DBA Services (client) • 5.Define To-Be Process Blueprint (client) • 6.Configure an Oracle 11.5.10 CRP Environment using representative client data based on Mexico (Oracle) • 7.
