Job Title: SAP BI/HCM Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6+Months*
Will be responsible for both new development and post production support
within an existing implementation of SAP BI HCM
*Required skills*:
* Expertise with SAP BI Business Explorer (Query Designer, BEx Analyzer, BEx
Web, Report Designer) and SAP BI Web Application Designer. Capable of
developing complex queries, workbooks, and web applications
* Ability to design, implement and support complex extraction,
transformation and loading of SAP BI data
* Experience in all phases of the project life cycle including analysis,
design, development, testing, deployment and post-production
support/maintenance
* Effective and collaborative communication skills; able to work well with
internal team members and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer
* Ability to research and debug potential performance or other system
anomalies. (demonstrates superior problem resolution)
* Ability to create and compile technical documentation
* Demonstrates solid skill developing ABAP and BAPI programs
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP BI with complex extraction,
loading, modeling, and development in the area of SAP HCM (PA, OM, BN, PY,
PT)
* Knowledge and experience with SAP Portal, SAP ECC reporting tools
* Solid understanding of core SAP ECC business processes
