*Location: San Francisco, CA * *Position: Ab-Initio Developer * *6 month contract* Keys to role as follows: *- 10 years of overall experience minimum with 5+ years of datawarehouse experience* - Minimum of *3 years of solid Ab Initio development experience *- *Exceptional skill in SQL development (Teradata SQL preferred)* - Proficiency in Unix Korn shell scripting Comments/Notes that would be good to have in consultants - They are on version 13 of Ab-Initio - Unix environment is Solaris - Financial services background a plus, but not essential *Position Description*: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. Description: Acts in a high-level technical role as a designer for major computer applications utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Designs platforms, writes code, and develops tests. Leads multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
