*POSITION: SAP SUS/CCM Configuration Analyst.* *Location: Miami, FL.* *1 Year.* *QUALIFICATIONS * *. Minimum one year K-12 experience * *. Significant experience as an SAP Techno-Functional analyst/configuration analyst with experience in all portions (end-to-end) of an implementation (SRM, CCM, SUS) * *. Solid SAP configuration experience in SRM 5.0, SUS and CCM 2.0 * *. Implementation experience in SAP modules SRM, CCM and SUS * *. Experience in documentation of configuration and test scenarios * *. Solid Financial Process Background * *. SAP development experience a plus (BAdI, User Exits, Workflows, etc.)* *. Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable * *. Strong analytical and problem solving skills * *. Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively * *. Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively * *. Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners* * * * * *Responsibilities * . Liaison with the development and business teams to discuss, design and configure robust/efficient solutions . Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams . Create, execute and document configurations based on the functional specifications . Test and support complex configuration solutions to meet requirements . Document every step according to the project adopted standards . Build configurations in modules *SRM, SUS and CCM* according to business requirements. Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new configurations and processes . Assist in gap analysis between requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP . Identify needs for application configuration, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team . Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications . Analyze and develop Workflow assigned objects . Assist and coordinate with Applications Development offshore additional developers . Receive and resolve configuration defects and/or change requests . Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered. Report delays and risks to team leads . Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan .
