Job Title JD Edwards Functional Analyst LocationBay St. Louis, MS Job Start Date:ASAP Duration:Full Time/Permanent Salary: NA Requirement Details: Purpose of Job: This position is the primary functional support analyst in support of a JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP System in a manufacturing/corporate environment. Analyst will troubleshoot, design & propose solutions, work with developers, test software, develop procedures, and train users where needed. This position will work with JD Edwards technical resources (CNC, DBA, etc.) to provide lifecycle support of the ERP system. Job Summary: Troubleshooting of end user issues and automated processes. Analysis of error, development of potential solutions. Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Qualification Requirements: Proficiency in JD Edwards Financial Modules (A/P, A/R, G/L, etc.) JD Edwards Distribution, Transportation, or Sales modules experience desired, but not required. Good customer service skills required. Some night and weekend on-call responsibilities to support 24x7 operation Computer Science Degree Desired or 5 to 7 years experience. Must pass a drug test.
