Candidate will need to be effective either working alone or as part of a highly dynamic team by being able to adapt to priority changes. Candidate needs to have a pragmatic approach to software development recognizing the need to deliver customer requirements within the date and scope expectations. *Experience Requirements:* • Has designed and written code on real-world Enterprise Integration Projects • Has functioned as a technical lead for assigned projects, which requires leadership a team of engineers – some of which will be offshore • Has an understanding of challenges associated with deploying large-scale integrated solutions into hosted, production environment. • Can translate UML functional design to detailed technical design. • Possess a strong systems background: MS SQL 2005 & 2008, Windows Server 2003 & 2008 *Technical Requirements:* • Microsoft .NET framework (C# is mandatory): 5 years real world experience • Web Services: 5 years real world experience • Microsoft SQL Server: 5 years real world experience • IIS • WCF • ASP.NET: 5 years experience • XML, XSLT, WSE (Web Services Enhancements), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) are all mandatory experience requirements.** *Other ‘Good to have’ Experience* • Experience with Windows Workflow and/or BizTalk • NUNIT • Enterprise Architect • Hospitality Industry -- Many Thanks.
