Client utilizes Oracle Applications R12 to run the spare parts operation. Client is experiencing a high level of support incidents since the upgrade in October 2009. The purpose of this role is to assist with the reduction of the backlog of open support tickets. Candidate will be required to interface directly with Oracle Support and the Client End Users. Candidate must be tenacious and highly motivated, have a solid analytical approach to problem solving and be diplomatic in dealing with difficult situations. The job is to be performed in Peachtree City, GA.
