The application maintains client and broker organization data. We need to capture additional data fields and also pass these data fields using web services to our new Policy application. *Performance Objectives:* Designs, develops, maintains and enhances a global, multi-tiered business application. Individuals holding this position will be asked to work independently, or lead others on a project team, as assigned. Incumbents will be asked to leverage their skills in developing the application's business logic for use across the world; quality, functionality and performance will be in high demand. The applicant must have a thorough understanding of the available technology, tools and existing designs.
