POS: SAP SD LEAD (TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL) LOCATION: FT. LAUDERDALE, FL DURATION: 3 MONTHS + Project Lead that can help to identify related defects that have been logged and work with the team and business to document and drive: a. IT technical owner for a particular defect b. Business Owner from Supply Chain and Finance to help provide clarifying details on a defect c. Expected Fix and Unit Test Time (LOE) Required From IT d. Expected QA date (date that IT completes Dev and Unit testing) e. Expected Test Time (LOE) Required From SCM and Finance business teams 2) *This person must be have good communications and leadership skills* We are looking for candidates with a high level of SAP SD knowledge. There are over 100 open tickets in the cue for SD issues and defects. The right person will be able to review these tickets to prioritize them in terms of most critical to least, review the tickets with the business leaders to identify needs, estimate properly the timeframe for resolution, assign the tickets to proper IT person for resolution and follow up to make certain they are being handled timely.
