*Senior Remedy Developer* *Miami, FL* *Contract* The client located in the State of Florida is looking for a Senior Remedy Developer responsible for the configuration, development and administration of the BMC Remedy ITSM applications and implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus and other related components based on business requirements. *DESCRIPTION:* Architect, deploy, support and provide training for ITSM SUITE of Remedy Products. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1. Configure BMC 7.X Remedy applications. 2. Customize BMC 7,X Remedy applications. 3. Provide solution designs based on requirements. 4. Scope and develop custom applications. 5. Provide system and customization documentation. 6. System troubleshooting. 7. Install and configure all ITSM SUITE of Remedy 7.X applications. 8. Implement integrations to the ITSM 7.X Remedy applications. 9. Provide leadership and project management Mentor staff. 10. Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management. 11.
