The position requires an experienced, highly self-motivated individual who works well in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to introduce technical innovations applicable to the business information requirements. · Advanced knowledge in Microsoft’s SQL database design, modeling, maintenance, and administration for web based applications that utilize Microsoft's .Net Framework, SharePoint environment, and Microsoft's BI suite of tools. · Solid background as a Senior Database Administrator, providing technical consulting on a variety of information issues to improve business solutions. · Experienced in performing ETL functions for SQL Server 2005 & 2008 using SSIS. Works closely with project lead/team to ensure application and database design adheres to S&IR standards and methodologies. Provide support in integrating and maintaining S&IR's information assets; support for SharePoint and Microsoft BI tools, as well as constructing, deploying, and performing maintenance on Microsoft SQL Server databases.
