*Need Microsoft.net Lead Designer/Developer with silverlight , Roseland, NJ*

Location : Roseland,  NJ

1 Year Plus





Played the role of a lead developer or architect  in building complex object
oriented applications.

Minimum 5 years (ideally 10) of experience in developing multi-tiered
solutions using .NET.



Preferred : 1-2 years knowledge and experience working on complex
Silverlight applications.



Technical skills to master application development: understanding of
relational database concepts, and other skills involved with implementing an
advanced web application.



Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and test software products.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience creating successful (well-received) GUI designs and application
workflow.

Experience creating data-model designs, including appropriate use of
normalization, indexes and constraints.

Experience managing a code base as part of a team using a source control
management system (such as VSS, TFS, PVCS, CVS, Subversion, etc.).

Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn a
new product and a new business domain.



Desired qualifications:

Experience working on Actuarial applications.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server - stored procedures, triggers, DTS
packages, and general optimization techniques.

Hands-on experience using SQL Server 2005/2008 is a plus, but basic
familiarity is expected.

Experience implementing XML Web Services.

Experience working with Team Foundation Server.



Prefer experience in the development of Actuarial applications. INSURANCE
