Knowledge of Java, RPG and OS/400 is a plus. Utilize SOA and Enterprise design patterns to solve architectural implementation issues This position is in support of a mission critical, highly available; fault tolerant processes and applicant must work well under pressure • Understanding software development methodologies is a plus, as well as background in build and deployment technologies and scripting • Under limited supervision, analyze and develop system requirements, program specifications and code/unit test to meet business requirements/specifications for large projects • Develop or contribute to deliverables for additional levels of testing and support test execution, including system level and integration tests • Resolve production problems of medium to high complexity Qualifications : Education requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Typically has more than 5 years work experience in an Information Technology/Engineering environment Minimum years experience in the following areas: 10 years in application development with 4 – 5 years experience in Windows Mobile and C# .Net and .NET Compact Framework environments, JMS Messaging Services, Database background (SQL Mobile, Oracle and/or DB2). Experience with barcoding technologies is desired.
