Role:QA Engineer  Location:Allen TX Duration:6+ Months Rate:Open

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Quality Assurance
Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with
developers, testers, project managers, and deployment team to ensure quality
of our industry-leading customer experience solutions software.
Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for planning and executing functional and system level
testing

·         Design, document and maintain test plans and test cases, following
up to get them reviewed and approved

·         Develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test procedures
including unit tests

·         Analyze and reproduce problems reported by Customer Support
including gathering complete set of relevant data so the problem can be
accurately characterized

·         Install, configure and maintain the hardware and software test
environment including environments to reflect specific conditions in the
field

·         Document, verify and track issues, reproducing and describing
problems quickly and efficiently

·         Work closely with developers to reproduce problems and get them
resolved

·         Regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion with
respect to quality assurance matters important to the success of products.
Requirements:

·         2+ years in quality assurance

·         Minimum of a BS degree is required

·         Experience with C# and scripting programming, and additional
experience with HTML, XML, SQL, unit testing, windows, white & black box
testing and automation

·         Demonstrated success as a primary tester on an enterprise software
product

·         Working knowledge of SQL and basic database management

·         Experience with Windows is required

·         Experience working with Web Applications, their installation and
deployment.

·         Experience with bug tracking tools

·         Proven experience with full software lifecycle

·         Work well in a hands-on startup environment without the
infrastructure of a large company

·         Be thorough, detail oriented, and self-motivated

·         Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

·         Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as
collaboratively

·         Possess strong English communication skills
