We have a job opening of BEA Weblogic Admin. Following are the details if you have anyone available kindly send to me ASAP. Position: BEA Weblogic Admin Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6 months BEA WLS v10, MS SQL 2008, Windows 2008, Linux BEA Administration, Performance Tuning, Development Objectives that we are trying to cover with this: . Platform upgrade from BEA WL v10.01 to v10 MP3 . Platform performance tuning and consistency . Upgrade the underlying OS of the platform from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 or Linux (long story there, but its being forced on me). . Modification / enhancement of existing Java/J2EE code base on BEA to better handle resource issues and failover scenarios. The ideal candidate would be someone that has BEA Admin and Performance tuning experience; BEA domain migration experience from WebLogic 6, 8 and 10 up to 10.3.3; has experience with it on the Windows Server OS with the DB being on MS SQL..BUT is J2EE development savvy via Eclipse or WL Workshop, and is capable of troubleshooting the problem, identifying the problem, then handling the development/enhancement or update to fix the issue. Note these issues are primarily due to library differences between the various versions of BEA WL.
