*Unix / Linux SME * *NYC * *six months* *Skills and Experience required:* · Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the enterprise server space. · Ideal candidate is conversant in UNIX, LINUX, and x86 server enterprise architectures. · Primary requirement is experience as a Solution Architect and support engineer in the UNIX / LINUX space on a large scale enterprise basis. · Must have detailed knowledge of UNIX infrastructure, ideally cross vendor platforms (HP / IBM / etc.). · Experience with current practice UNIX technology, data replication, stretch clustering (Veritas, Service Guard, etc) HA and DR configurations essential. · Also UNIX partitioning and virtualization is a needed component. · Ability to do detailed discovery, hardware familiarity, and ability to solution to a future state highly collapsed UNIX / LINUX model. · Any familiarity with HP Itanium and blade server architecture is a plus. · Once discovery is completed, a consolidated data center future state scenario(s) will be developed by the team. · The Server SME will drive the target state server solutioning to meet the parameters of a high performance, resilient, highly available and DR enabled solution stack. · Any Familiarity in a similar level or depth in the x86 / VMware space is also a large plus. *Thanks & Regards* *Pooja Kola|Amzur Technologies* *Off: 813.600.4060 ext 124| Fax : 813-600-4061* *[email protected]| <[email protected]%7c> www.amzur.com* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
