(Note: Applies only to Oracle Database Administrator.) · Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in upgrade of a major release of the Oracle software. · Hands on experience in applying Oracle provided Critical Patch Update maintenance. · Proficiency with Oracle 10g database and data warehousing features. · Proficiency with physical database design. · Knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery scenarios. · Good knowledge of Oracle security management. · Good knowledge of Oracle data integrity implementation. · Full project life cycle development experience in code migration, database change management and data management. * * *(Note: Applies to Oracle DB Administrator)* * * · Strong communication skills with management, development teams, DDC customers, and system administrators. · Ability to successfully manage multiple projects. · Duties require technical knowledge and experience in working with Visual Basic, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Java Scripting, Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g and HP UNIX. · Contractor shall attain all current Oracle technologies with new version releases as they occur annually.
