Project Description:

Our project automates the end-to-end loan file request process, the tracing
of the status of Servicer repossesses to the loan file request, the tracking
of all trailing document request to Servicers, and the status of loan file
reviews.  The system will be implemented as web applications using a
standard of three tire architecture:

·         A web tier responsible for all user interactions

·         An application Tier responsible for the Database Interface,
external system interface and implementation of business logic

·         A Database Tier that is composed of the existing legacy Database
with some additional tables added for the project

Required Skills:

·         Have worked in an application development or related technology
group in a large-medium financial organization preferably an environment
where a formal SDLC methodology is practiced.

·         Ability to work and resolve problems independently, demonstrate
leadership skills, ability to collaborate with a diverse group of
stakeholders and work under firm deadlines

·         Ability to develop database interfaces and DB related work

·         Technical Skill Set: MS SQL Server, Remedy and ClearCase

*Overview:*



As a DSL Test Engineer, you will be a member of the DSL testing team
responsible for qualifying DSL hardware, software, and firmware.
Responsibilities include developing test plans and test scripts,
participating day-by-day DSL modem testing activities, and generation test
reports.  Require use of a strong background in testing and documentation.
As a QA engineer, you will need to keep accurate record of tests performed
and test procedures and publish results in a consistent and useful format.
Must be self motivated, self driven and* *a team player.



*Responsibilities:*

   - Contribute in Test Planning, Test Execution and Test Reporting.
   - Participate day-by-day DSL modem testing activities, and generation
   test reports.
   - Debugging & Analyzing issues, Defect tracking and reporting, which
   Includes working closely with Engineering teams & helping resolve issues.
   - Create Automation scripts and manage them.
   - Build and maintain test setups.
   - Contribute in creation & review of Technical documentation.
   - This position may perform other duties as assigned.



*Qualifications:*

   - BS degree or equivalent required. MS preferred.
   - 5+ years of QA experience preferably in networking/telecom.
   - 2+ years of experience in software QA and/or code development.
   - Solid knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Broadband technologies needed.
   - Strong debugging, troubleshooting and communication skills important.
   - Self-motivated and result-oriented required.
   - Experience with digital loop simulator and DSLAM a big plus.
   - Working knowledge of ADSL2+/2/1 and VDSL a big plus.
   - Perl/ Python, TCL, or other scripting language necessary.
   - Working knowledge of C/C++ preferred.

*Job Description*:

WiFi QA Engineer will be responsible for testing 802.11 a/b/g/n for 2Wire
Gateways. Candidate will work closely with software development, hardware
team and product management to create and execute test plans, analyze
results and generate problem reports. Testing responsibility includes
running WiFi Certification tests for *802.11 a/b/g/n, WPA/WPA2, WMM
and WPS*and to represent 2Wire at WiFi testing house.



Candidate will be expected to work with internal and external customers
reproducing customer reported problems, provide problem analysis and
evaluate possible solutions or workarounds. Manage and maintain test beds,
develop and execute automation scripts in *Perl/Python*. Perform a full
cycle of WiFi test: functional, range/reach vs rate, interoperability,
stress and performance testing. Troubleshoot and debug issues using wireless
sniffers like *AiroPeek/Ethereal*. Test security protocols like *802.1X,
AES/TKIP*. Candidate may be fully involved in product acceptance phases
including Alpha and Beta testing



*Required Skills*:

   - Experience in testing 802.11 a/b/g/n products
   - Sound knowledge in WPA/WPA2, WMM, WPS, Power Save
   - Experience with 802.1X, AES/TKIP protocols
   - Layer 2 (Switching) and Layer 3 (routing) experience
   - Scripting experience with PERL/Python/TCL/Expect
   - Hand on device configuration and testing networking systems including
   switches and home gateways
   - Good understanding of testing processes and methodology
   - Experience is writing test plans, good written and verbal communication
   skills
   - Must be very organized and detail oriented
   - Knowledge and Experience with Wireless sniffers like AiroPeek/Ethereal
   and protocol analyzer is desired
   - Experience with networking test tools like Chariot, IXIA,
   Spirent/Smartbits, WinRunner would be a plus
   - Highly motivated, self-driven and have the ability to work efficiently
   with minimal supervision

*Required Experience*:

   - Must have at least 3 years of experience in WiFi
   - Minimum 2 years of experience with networking technologies and routing
   protocols (TCP/IP, L2/L3 filtering, QoS, IPSec)
   - Minimum 1 year of experience in test automation

*Education Qualifications*:

   - BS in CS/EE, Networking or equivalent is required
   - MS in CS/EE, Networking or equivalent with 1.5 year of experience

*Job Description & Responsibilities:*

Sr Voice QA Engineer will be responsible for testing *VoIP, SIP, SDP, RTP,
RTCP, DTMF, FXS & Voice Quality* for a residential home gateway. Candidate
will work closely with software development, hardware team and product
management to create and execute test plans, analyze results and generate
problem reports.

Candidate will be expected to work with internal and external customers
reproducing customer reported problems, provide problem analysis and
evaluate possible solutions or workarounds. Manage and maintain test beds,
develop and execute automation scripts in *Perl/Python*. Perform a full
cycle of voice test: functional, system, interoperability, stress and
performance testing. Troubleshoot and debug issues. Candidate may be fully
involved in product acceptance phases including Alpha and Beta testing. May
perform other related duties as required and assigned.
