We have a job opening of ASP.Net/C# developer. Following are the details if you have anyone available kindly send to me ASAP. Position: Junior to mid level ASP.Net/C# developer Location: Oakbrook, IL (West of Chicago) Duration: Initially 6 - 12 months, could extend beyond. Rate:35/hr on c2c Status: H1's are fine, they need to have good communication skills (written and verbal) and can understand requirements that are given to them and create the desired finished product. Process: There will be no phone screens. There will only be 1 face to face interview and then decision will be made. During this face to face they will be asked to write a small program based on their knowledge/experience. Background checks: Tell candidates that client requires a background check. They will also run credit check but that won't be a deal breaker. Credit check is to see if they are responsible people. All candidates will have chance to explain their situations. Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience. Education is not a requirement, though preferred. Please see if they have portfolios/sample work that can be presented with their resumes. Responsibilities * Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts * Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product * Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives * Performs bug verification, release testing and support for enterprise systems and applications * Delivers work estimates for proposed changes, both small and large in scope * Researches complex problems discovered by business or clients * Performs coding, unit testing and integration testing Competency Requirements * Experience designing and developing n-tier applications * Advanced knowledge of ASP.
