Oracle HRMS 11.5.10/R12 iRecruitment, HR Self service applications and Core HRMS. . Somebody with strong experience in implementation/support of IRecruitment primarily. . Should be able to attend Irec requirement meetings and understand the current requirements, involve in testing and migration to production. . Experience in support and handling user calls as part of support. Should be able to support the existing MSS/ESS modules. . Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Workflow, JAVA, Oracle Application Object Library (AOL), OA Framework (Oracle Applications Framework), SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer. . A good knowledge in HRMS/Benefits tables and API's with experience on HR interfaces and conversions. Payroll/LD experience is a plus. . Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
