Demonstrate technical expertise to design relevant and efficient solutions to meet client goals and align with industry best practices. * *Skills Required:* *Basic Qualifications: * *5-7 years of experience in infrastructure operations** 3+ years experience working with remote, offshore teams 3+ years experience with ITIL oriented (operational or service management) tools- service desk, change, availability, and/or performance monitoring management. 3+ years experience with enablement of tools for Operational Readiness and Capability Delivery- monitoring and batch scheduling (CA, BMC, HP, or Tivoli).
